  • The remaining 50% is due once the logo is finalized — must be cleared before source files are delivered or work begins on remaining deliverables.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable, as it confirms your project slot, covers the initial design phase, and supports the time and effort we commit from the very beginning.

If concepts don't resonate

We'll develop up to 2 additional concepts based on your feedback — at no extra cost.

Once a concept is selected, up to 5 revision rounds are included to refine and perfect the design.

If nothing feels right

The project can be mutually concluded — you won't be charged the remaining 50%.

The initial 50% advance is non-refundable — it covers your reserved slot and all creative work done during concept development.

All created designs and concepts remain the intellectual property of the kelective studio.

Final deliverables

Brand guidelines, mockups, and logo reveal videos are final assets — revisions are not applicable on these.

Additional revisions beyond included rounds are available at an extra charge.
